What types of moves do you handle?

We handle residential, commercial, and apartment moves, as well as storage unit transitions, loading and unloading of PODs, U-Hauls, and trailers, plus in-home moving services.

Is your company licensed and insured?

Yes, we are completely licensed and insured. Please check our TX Registration No. IM 3116. All companies with a certified IM Number are verified by the State of Texas to have the proper insurance and qualifications to operate a moving company.

What happens if my belongings are damaged?

We try to come to an agreement on fixing or replacing damaged item or go through insurance if needed to get damaged item fixed.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, $60. The deposit goes towards the total cost at the end of the move.

Do you charge a flat or hourly rate?

How much should I tip my movers?

Tips are not required but if the customer chooses it is whatever the customer thinks we deserve.

Can I arrange a move without me being there?

Yes, but it is highly encouraged to be present for the move.

What does the company not move?

Baby grand pianos, full-size pool tables, hot tubs, propane tanks.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

Your deposit allows you to reschedule once. Anything after that will require another down deposit.
